By using HomeSnap, you agree to these terms. HomeSnap lets you upload your own photos and create new interior, exterior and garden design concepts.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in details secure. Only upload photos you have permission to use. You retain your rights in your uploaded content and permit us to process it to provide the service. Do not use the service for illegal or abusive content.
Memberships and billing
Designer costs $3.99 per week, equivalent to $0.57 per day. Pro Designer includes a 3-day free trial for new members, followed by $29.99 per year. Prices are in US dollars. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. A payment method is required for the trial; cancel before it ends to avoid the yearly charge.
You can manage payments and cancel from your Account page. The billing page shows when access ends. AI redesigns are available during an active membership or trial. Your saved designs remain available after your membership ends.
Previously purchased credits
If you previously bought a credit pack, your remaining credits can still be used without an active membership. Each successful redesign uses one credit; failed designs return that credit. Previously purchased credits do not expire and cannot be transferred.
Your designs
You can save and download your completed designs. HomeSnap automatically chooses a style for your space. Results vary with your photo. Before starting a building project, arrange the measurements, permissions and professional services needed for that project.
Payments and support
Stripe processes payments securely. If a payment is duplicated, your plan is unavailable, or you need help with a purchase, contact support with your checkout email and payment reference. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights.
Service availability
We may update the service and these terms as HomeSnap develops. We work to keep your account and saved designs available; download copies of designs you want to keep.
